Roads of Jade is an online route-building board game with public lobbies, shareable invite links, bot opponents, and server-authoritative gameplay. The service is provided for entertainment and casual play.

Roads of Jade does not currently provide real-money wagering, prizes, paid accounts, subscriptions, virtual item purchases, or cash-out mechanics.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Roads of Jade. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the site only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for the player name and behavior you bring into lobbies and games. You agree not to use Roads of Jade to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or impersonate other players.
• Use hateful, explicit, illegal, misleading, or personally identifying player names.
• Disrupt lobbies, spam connections, or interfere with normal gameplay.
• Exploit bugs, cheat, automate gameplay, or reverse engineer private server behavior.
• Attack, overload, scrape, scan, or attempt unauthorized access to the site or server.
• Upload, transmit, or link to malicious code, phishing, fraud, or unlawful content.

We may remove, restrict, block, or refuse access to users, sessions, lobbies, player names, or traffic that we believe violates these terms or harms the service.

Roads of Jade is actively developed. Features, maps, game rules, bots, lobby behavior, reconnect behavior, analytics, ads, and availability may change at any time. We may pause, modify, or discontinue any part of the service without notice.

Games may disconnect, expire, fail to launch, or become unavailable because of browser issues, server restarts, network problems, bugs, abuse prevention, or maintenance.

Roads of Jade may display advertising, including ads served by Google AdSense. Ads and third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.

The site may also use third-party infrastructure or tools for hosting, analytics, fonts, error reporting, and security. We are not responsible for third-party websites, ads, products, services, policies, or content linked from or displayed on Roads of Jade.

Roads of Jade, including its name, visual design, code, text, UI, map presentation, and original game assets, is owned by its respective rights holders or licensed for use. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or host substantial parts of the service unless you have permission or a legal right to do so.

Any third-party names, trademarks, libraries, or services referenced by the site remain the property of their respective owners.

If you send suggestions, bug reports, ideas, balance feedback, or other feedback, you allow us to use that feedback to improve Roads of Jade without obligation to compensate you.

Roads of Jade is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every browser, or free from data loss. Your use of the site is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roads of Jade and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of access, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions arising from your use of the site.
